Visa Application

When we came home from our short holiday on the island of Ameland on Jan 2nd I found the Visa Application Form in our mailbox.
I only sent the stamped envelope on Dec 30th from Ameland, so that was pretty fast!

I filled it in and gathered all the necessary documents.
The website of the Embassy says this:
Entry visa Applications are received on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10hrs to 13hrs. It takes four (4) working days to process applications however, an emergency visa which, attracts double the normal fee, may be processed in the same day.

I think I will go for the emergency visa.Saves me a second trip to The Hague....And I don't want to leave my passport on any Embassy...

I'll make a call tomorrow and check it out...
Because I still wonder how long the emergency procedure will take. An hour, half a day? A day?
Maybe I will have to work at a McDonald's for a couple of hours while I wait for my visa ...

At least getting the visa should be really easy with the letter of invitation from FARA, because the organization is highly respected.

Well, anyway...
I should start thinking about what clothes to wear ... it's 30 degrees in Accra ... no rainy season though in January...
